About Us
Hudson Valley Pantry started selling at local farmers markets in 2010. We initially started with jam, just like our parents did back in the 1950's when they settled in the Hudson Valley. Our passion for locally sourced ingredients and innovative recipes soon led us to develop other products like salsa, bbq sauce, hummus, pickles and more.
All our products are made in small batches using the high quality ingredients and painstaking attention to detail that our customers have come to expect.
